I do some skipping, jumping jacks, running on the spot and some shadow boxing.

uhhm, until your warmed up.. it varries how quickly ppl get warm, and also how you like to get warm.. more methodical or more intense.

anyways, ways to get warm are the ones that guy already mentioned. light jogging or exercise bike is good. simple..

Warm up for training is 15 minutes skipping, light stretch and then usually some sort of running when it's not too cold. When it's cold (like now) I go on the airdyne bike we have and do 20 seconds slow, 10 seconds sprint for 5 minutes.

For fights I skip for like 2 minutes, do a thorough stretch and some movements to loosen up my arms and legs, some half assed shadow boxing that I hate but my coach usually makes me do it haha and then hit the pads for about a minute.

I don't like much warm up for fights.
