i use a double mouth guard from when i had braces.. nd just got used to it.. nd it gives more protection but its big nd not too comfortable

if you have absolutely perfect teeth...double...but for everyone else...single...and i found that double would bruise my lip up after shots...single is definitely the best way to go...

I go with what the dentists say and they only sell singles.
A single is sufficient protection, more comfortable and easier to breathe. You really dont want to know you've got a mouth guard in. Just don't have your mouth open. It's something you just need to learn, same as don't drop your guard and dont close your stance etc. etc.
