personaly whould get a single is essiar to breath with when u get tired. dubble probly offers a little more protection but is pretty uncofortable.

Without question a single. with a double it's harder to close your mouth and harder to breath with. Single is just as safe and much more comfortable.

i use a double because it forces me to keep my mouth closed. that way i wont get a broken jaw.

Really once you get used to wearing a double its not bad. the hole in the guard lets alot more air in then you think. and usually the guard is so big it opens up your lips a little so that there is never air restriction.

i was thinking that using a double mouthguard would force you to keep your mouth closed by biting down, so it's safer.

can anyone post a mouthguard that's double but allows you to breathe better?

for training/sparring? the double mouth guard is the way to go

almost anything that makes your training harder without hurting you gives you more improvement in less time. add to that that it protects you better than the single mouth guard
