    im 185 and bench 250 but that was after 3 hours of boxing training, i think i can make 270 if i do it before training, ill try soon.

          I'm 160, max bench press was 310, i haven't been lifting, i can get 265 now.

              Yea, i have a small frame, only 30" waist, but my arms are 15" chest is 42", need to work on my legs, they are pretty small too, upper body is muscular

                Thats cool when I was lifting I could lift a good bit because I am smaller...Smaller guys seem to contain more physical strength to push and lift things....Perhaps its because the arms are not as long and it is easier......

                Deadlifts/Squats are awesome leg building exercises.

                  Everybody should atleast be able to bench thier weight. If you can't, you're weak and sad..

                    neither do i, but we have a maxstrength test every 3 months to check if are proportiones are right, and i advice you to do the same.
