    stretching before and not after is good but studies show that your more likely to cause an injury to yourself by static stretching after a workout than just letting your body wind down. The way i see it, if you had a knot in your tights you wouldn't pull or stretch it... only make it worse. Can't remember where i read that analogy, probably a De La Hoya quote
