What's your favorite punch and why?

My favorite punch has to be the hook. I love a great left hook, and it feels good when you throw a good one. But for me it's a little tough to throw one correctly

same. left hook, i spent hours on the speedbag to improve my left hook. it works

i love my left hook. especially when my opponent drops that right hand a little.

i also love a good straight right to the body when someone throws a jab out. WIDE OPEN.

My most effective punch is my right cross. It works of everything and is one of my strongest shots.

My favourite punch is my overhand right, my strongest technique. Can be difficult to land, but is extremely gratifying when it does.

that's a good one. I can't forget to mention the jab however, that punch is essential for me. I like to move my head, and i always stick that jab
