    Basically you need to increase your calories. I'd say try to eat 1500-2000 more calories a day. Healthy food though, not junk and a lot of protein and complex carbs. Also remember to get some fats in your diet as well, like nuts.'

    Gaining weight a matter of simply eating more, and lifting heavy.

        **** i meant to put weight instead of fat.

        running will gain muscle while burning fat while walking will just burn fat and not add the muscle weight.
