You might have overtrained, or your body needs time to heal. You're not always going to be 100% when training. Try taking a day off, and eating protein, vegatables, fruits, and Carbohydrates. Try mostly Protein, so that your body can heal.Last edited by OaktownGhost; 12-03-2009, 05:19 PM.Comment

I said that. jk. But yeah TS let your body heal. I had the same question a long time ago, but it's just your body telling you to take a rest. Sleep right, drink a lot of water, and eat right. I don't know you personally, but if your training for a fight try to refrain from having sex, or masturbating as much as it will probably kill you to do, because if you want to be 100% everyday you need to train like a world class fighter, but of course at an amatuer level pace.
