Chips and burgers are definitely winners if your trying to get in shape.

Just kidding bro. There are a few things I see that you can improve to help you lose weight as well as have more energy for your workouts. Check out the Fitness and health section and the recipe thread. Lots of good advice and meal plans on there, and I'm sure you can find something that suits your body type and goes with whatever fitness routine you decide on.

ham sandwiches are quite good with only about 200 calories and 16 grams of protein only about 50 calories from fat. make it on wheat you get about 5 grams of fiber too.

personally i wouldnt listen to the guy above about anything other then the finite details of boxing and even then its iffy.

everything sounds good in your diet id reccomend chunk white tuna as it has a shorter life span then albacore and therefore has less mecury in it.

So are you going to follow me around to every thread now trying to debunk my advice? :gay:

Ditch the chips and burger and make the sandwiches on wheat bread and you're fine
