a fast pace liek that 20 mins
a slower but good pace liek 30+
if i have breaks i can do the fast pace for a while
jsut pushing myself and i have to have good footwork or i would have been off balance most of the time
and yeah i dont fully extend on shadow boxing because i dont want to hyper extend my elbows and shoudlers

i think everyone that fights should put up a clip of them shadowboxing or fighting or something. would be cool. people could critique their technique. could lead to some interesting pointers. just a thought. I know thats easier said than done though and it probably isnt a practical idea.

Looks good. Very quick for a 185 lber. If you can really keep that pace up for twenty minutes nonstop, then you have some good endurance as well.

Not dissing boxer2k5, but the video seems to be taken from a webcam, in which case anyone both fast or slow would seem fast. Until we see him in real life, we still have no idea how fast he is.
Boxer2k5, was it a webcam? Because a regular camcorder would give us a more accurate picture of your movement, since webcams are blurry.
Also, we don't know if any of those were "good" punches or just movement.
Boxer2k5, when you shadowbox, do you "punch" or just move it out?
P.S. Which one do you guys think is better for shadowboxing?
