well the only thing i wander is where did he get those big bicepts of his from...it does not mention him doing pull ups and if he did not use weights for curls, where the hell did he get his big guns from??

              190 lol your joking right?
He fought around 220-230 so comes he only put on that much weight in all those years and in the end he lifted weights and still stayed around that weight?
Plus if he was 5,8 at 11 that means he only grew 3-3.5 inches in 7 years that dnt sound right?

From what i read his coach made him run with weights on his back so he didn't grow anymore as it didn't suit his "style", also tyson has been quoted saying that weights won't give you punching power so limited himself to body weight exercises. Although i don't really know what to believe.

lol at the people in this thread. It was highly unlikely that he did this routine everyday. He would have had more variety in his routine. He would have run different distances everyday, sparred more or less rounds etc.

Of course it wasn't his strict routine, just a sample of what a guy like tyson did every day. Although i know for a fact that he did wake up at like 4 am each morning just by his body telling him to do so.

                    check out Tyson's Training

That shows you an insight into his training regime.
