move your head while walking in the ring...

Hard to get peppered with jabs if you do this and its good to create angles, but it takes a bit more explosiveness to land quick hard shots as the other guy rushes in. Any of you practice this? Some people prefer to move their feet and when they stop then move their head.

Mijares, Pacquiao, Calderon,... there's a lot of good boxers who do this.

No offense but I'd appreciate if any experienced boxer could answer this.

i am an experienced fighter and i have a wealth of boxing knowledge as you can see,i am not going to do intense head movement outside of the ring for no one,i am not going to risk pulling a neck muscle, head movements are for in the ring, when some one tries to pepper you with jabs move your head to the right to the left up and down then at the right moment step to your left and throw a left hook to the jaw, step back boom a right hand to the chin

if you're not punching, move your head; if you're not moving your head, you should be punching.
