No matter how tired you are, no matter how hurt you are, no matter how hurt he is, keep your hands up chin down. Keep repeating in your head hands up chin down, hands up chin down, hands up chin down. A lot of times that can make a huge difference in a fight between two new boxers.

ive just had my first fight which i won,
the fight will be a complete blur and you wont remember much of it, your legs will go weak, your arms will hurt and your lungs will be burning, but because of the adrenaline it all goes so quickly and is not as bad as it sounds,
box as clever as you can, he will probably be out there throwing bombs and swining like most begginers so just keep your self calm and composed and pick him off, dont lose your head, be SMART.
dont tire your self out before the fight, warm up and get loose but dont tire your self out and dont do too much shadow boxing
its a great day so enjoy it.
