What are your thoughts on them?
What would you recommend?
Im eating pretty good now- I work out, doing things like core work and leg work but i cant run because of my knee.(I can use those machines in the gym that are similar to running + i cycle). After the leg weights stuff i take this protein shake(maxi-muscle or whatever its called,every 3 days) because i need to build up my legs from my operation. Day before the leg work day i usually do midsection work and cardio.....................i feel like im missing out on giving my body the extra vitamins but im not familiar on this. Any help? thanks
