ok i will be buying a head gear in about a week and would like to know which is the best option i have 3 choices i like but i am not sure if i should get the competition one or sparing one. i think getting the competition one would be good because i can train in it and fight in it and not have to share with anyone else in the gym but i have heard the Mexican style sparing ones are very good. so here are my options listed in no particular order. I am an amateur fighter by the way. any help is greatly appreciated.
1. Grant competition headgear
2.Lonesdale Competition headgear
3. Lonesdale mexican style sparing headgear

Lonsdale are rubbish, never buy their ****. Even if you are on a abudget, you are much better off going for Top Ten or Twins.
