  • Weight Loss

Ok, so I would like to lose weight on my stomach, I wanna get rid of that fat that's there.

i already run 7 miles daily at a quick speed, and I do some weights.

What else can I do to make this fat go away?

First of all, your body burns fat as a whole. Spot Fat Reduction is impossible. So you aren't going to be able to specifically target the fat tha accumulates on your stomach.

      What is your diet like?
What is "some weights"? What exactly is your routine?

Eat fewer calories than your body burns, as simple as that. Working out will help burn some more calories but if you don't control your diet you will be negating all your work.

U should buy a neoprene wrap. You can put it around your stomach area and workk on that area specifically.

Like Silva said, by simply working out you wont reduce any fat in one area alone. you'll lose weight as a whole.

But with the neoprene you can target whatever area u want.

This post is very contradictory. If you can't target fat loss (which you can't) why would a neoprene wrap make it any different?

It's like people who spot inject steroids. It doesn't make the target area any bigger.

              www.stronglifts.com

has all the info you need to know. consider 95% of everything you read on a forum, unreliable, including my post. check for yourself - try out things - then draw an opinion. but that site changed my life, and all the content is free and easy to access.
