Manny pacquaio training routine

pacquiao has no routine but
he mixes sprints and hill climbs into his road work
he does alot of pads and body bag with freddy roach (also sparing)
he does some work with light dumbells
hanging leg raises, core work, med ball training, calisthanics aswell as skipping speed bag, heavy bag and floor to ceiling ball
his training plan is to work speed,speed,power,power.

He also hits his abs with a stick which will sting more than impact with weight like a punch would. Might be a filipino martial arts thing for mental training. I would use a medicine ball instead!

There's a YouTube where Freddie Roach said Pac just runs for an hour, does 1000 ab work, sleeps, trains for 3 hours, does another 1000 ab work. Eats whatever he wants.

A workout DVD from Manny Pacquiao would rake in the dollars. I wish the boxing world had more of that type of thing, much like how in MMA many of the fighters put out training books and videos for sale.
