He looks ok. footwork is really flat though, kinda plods. If your a fast punchin fighter its proberly best to have quick feet aswell, but he doesnt. Also its hard to tell how good he is by only really doing pad work. It would be better if he posted some sparring vids or even some heavybag work. He has fast hands though. Also why does everyone in that gym train with no shirts on?? i hate people like that. Its not a bodybuilding contest, your there to train not to show of ya sixpack.

not bad for beginners the fighter must crouch a little more and put some thought in the punches he is going to throw,he threw the same punches all the time and you can see them coming from a mile away, and the guy holding the mitts needs a lot of practice, what is he doing when he is tapping the gloves of the fighter is that a hi five and when he throws the slow punches over the head of the fighter you can see that there is no real advantage to this training technique, but like i said for the two of them for the first time they are not bad and with proper councel they will get better

not bad but you should turn your body into your punches more rather than arm punching.

Don't worry about what these guys say about your punching, it will come in time.

The biggest thing you need to work on is you are too upright, your standing too tall. Your chin is up and your squared to your opponent.

Bend you knees more, keep your chin down and your hands higher. Also, don't square up too much, turn a little more sideways to leave less of a target.

Other than that you look good, keep up the work and continue to work hard. Just get into the habit of not being so square and tall, it makes for great habits and better natural defense.
