im about to by some new mitts for my coach bekuz hes complaining that his hands swell after giving us padwork and that we hit too hard. what are the best pads to get for him so he wont feel the shots.

Here it is in action
(they come in two sizes. Roach is using the large one's. They're 3.4 inch thick, the thickest of all air-mitts. He had his custom-colored/made)
Below is what I use, great price, good quality. They're the Lonsdale air-mitts.

winning make the best boxing equipment. Every top pro use there training gloves, they protect your hands so well, I wish i had enough money to get a pair. I like there custom work, cotto got's a few pairs with his cotto signature sign thing on hte glove. Also marquez has some custom gold ones.

Winnings are the best but if you can't afford those, there are plenty of options. I have these and they're really, really great. Just as long as you don't have some low end introductory pads. When you get to the $60 and up range you should be good.
