Ylem - yea my diet is ok i just dont really have a strict daily plan. I usually only drink water and have cut out junk food.
A typical day would be 3 slice of brown bread or with cup of tea for breakfast. Some more toast 3 hours later with glass of milk. For lunch will have rice with lentils and mixed vegetables. In the evening i might have a bowl of cereals/protein shake. I try to have a piece of fruit and at least 2 litres water each day. I workout about 9pm and might have a shake or hot water before i sleep.

Im not sure if anyone knows any 'tricks' to cut weight/burn fat? iv heard some people say if you eat small before you sleep it can help. Does the more you sweat during a workout actually help? Sometimes if i wear a hat, hood, gloves jacket etc.. i overheat and get a headache and it ****s up my workout.

I try not to eat a meal after i workout is this ok. I workout late so when i finish i just shower and sleep so obviously i dont want to go to bed on a full stomach but im well aware i need to replenish and replace what i lost during my workout.

if you eat something be fore bed stick with proteins like a hard boiled egg or a chicken breast.

well technically the warmer and less viscious fat is the easier it burns so like if its warmer your going to burn a little more fat but not much. another factor is the way your body cools down by sending blood out closer to the skin if your too hot the body will have to work harder to cool you down so you will burn a little more calories that way as well. i dont think that would be worth it though if your getting light headed though something like that might just be low electrolytes so something like gator aid should take care of that.

I would really like some useful weight loss tips to lower my body fat percentage as fast as possible. I want to have a lean well toned body similar to a say marquez/Vasquez/pacquiao, toned but not too big or muscley. I box well not competition though and am quite a good athlete. I played soccer for a professional academy throughout my teens and have always had a low body fat%(10-15). After feeling generally unwell for a while i lost a lot of weight. Im 5ft 8in and dropped to 49Kg at one point. Im a vegeterian and have always weighed between 50-60kg naturally. What ever i ate i could never put on weight, so i decided to stop exercising for two years in order to big 'bigger'. I think i want from one extreme to the other and i went upto 80Kg, i thought it wouldnt be a problem to shed the extra weight/fat but i think my metabolism slowed right down. Im now 23 and 74Kg and have been exercising for about 10weeks. I rally want to be around 65Kg and have that lean toned look so the weight is not my biggest concern but i still have a little extra fat on my torso i need to get rip of asap.
Please help if you have some useful tips, it will be much appreciated. Many thanks in advance
1600 calories a day, avoid simple sugars and fat. do it for 5 weeks.

Well I usually cut about 15-25 pounds on fight time and what I do is dont eat late, drink only water and I keep my calories around 1400-1600 and I think the best thing to do for fat burn is carido early in the morning with out putting any food in your stomach (This helps only to burn fat. Look in menshealth online etc and it is proven to burn more fat), maybe just water or a bannana if U really have to at most. After my run or cardio I usually just shower and get ready and have some tea, go to work and then have like 4 boiled eggs and a protein shake. About 3-3 1/2hrs later have like a tuna sandwich or turkey. As for my snacks (2-3hrs apart) I usually have like a bannana, almonds, even a protein shake if craving somethign sweet, or just some type of fruit(but I eat a lot of bannanas since I like them a alot LOL)For dinner I always end with protein... But remember try not to eat 3-4hrs before U go to sleep...

This has worked for me and people that have tried liked it and dont feel as hungry. Hopefully it works for U

BoxingScene should really take down this section. So much bad advice, so many ****** people.

Go to an actual fitness website like EliteFitness, TNation, Bodybuilding.com, AnabolicMinds, etc for question on weightlifting, weight cutting etc.

You're better off getting your questions answered there. Because here you get 500 different answers for the same question and very few people here can give solid advice.
