Arms tire on bag

    i think you have to properly learn how to hit the bag,if your arms get tired you are not hitting it right,are you swinging like someone who is trying to swat a fly,are your hands open and are you slugging like you are trying to tear the bag apart,if you continue to hit the bag with fierce uncoordinated,wild,swings you may dislocate your shoulder which will put you in a sling for a couple of weeks,so take your time and start from the basics,stand in front of a mirror and throw punches slowly at first jab,jab,right

        what are you trying to say with this fabled comment,if you train you must and should be ready for bag work,no ifs ands or buts,a boxer feels the most relaxed while hitting the bag and if there is tireness it may be a result of fly swatting syndrome,which can be rectified with proper punching
