i weight 141 and im trying to get to 145-147 i run 4 times weeks n besides dat i play soccer on the weekends at least 2 games on sunday.. my first question is how much pounds u loose by running? second question how can i get to dat weight?

well im doing all diz for training.. i jog monday,tuesday,wensday and friday on grass. i just feel by me running alot im not gona get to the weight i want.
