  • how many pounds????

    i weight 141 and im trying to get to 145-147 i run 4 times weeks n besides dat i play soccer on the weekends at least 2 games on sunday.. my first question is how much pounds u loose by running? second question how can i get to dat weight?

    are you training coz you want to be a fighter or coz you want to get in shape,coz i think they are different,but if you train coz you want to that is good,coz that is what i do

          To gain weight you have to intake more calories than you burn off.

          So eat more.

              Depends how much U run, and how/where U Run (Ex. jog and then a sprint, if up hill, in grass, on tread mill etc)

                well im doing all diz for training.. i jog monday,tuesday,wensday and friday on grass. i just feel by me running alot im not gona get to the weight i want.

                  Maybe try lifiting and going on a protein weight lifting type of diet. Just running is not going to get your weight or strength up substantially.
