I play football (soccer as you US peeps call it) once a week and do some cardio in the gym not an insane amount, but enough to make me sweat. BUT is there anything specifically I can do to increase it? I usually just do Cardio for fat loss and keeping trim.

Football once a week is definately not enough.
Running until you start to sweat is not enough either.
Stamina is like an everyday sort of thing, you have to run for long periods of time everyday, you have to work out for long periods of time, everyday but making sure you don't overwork yourself.
Gradually your stamina will increase.

you can eat some nutriment when you do exercise ,such as protein ,will help you recover from the loss of energe.and bulid ur healthy body.

Some methods are more effective than others. For example running for a long ass time vs. running really hard for shorter bursts-- but cardio "until you sweat" is for ****ing housewives and ****. That ain't gonna cut it.
