Does anyone know of a Calisthenic regime that help speed/power/and definition for boxers?

please help or give any advice, thanks sam!

I don't really do a work-out, but I do about 100+ pullups, 300+ pushups, and 100+ dips everyday on top of the boxing training for endurance.

It's not really a workout because I don't do it all at once. I just kinda do it throughout the day (especially the pullups).
