    1lb/week is how much you can gain with OPTIMAL EVERYTHING.

    .5lb/week is much more likely with a good workout routine and a good diet.

      i said this in another thread but test boosters wont really do much unless you are 30 or older.

      But if you are looking for some good muscle mass supplements take animal pump stacked with animal pak. And you have to take protein with it, the best to take would probably be wheybolic extreme at GNC.

        I'd say the 2 best supplements I took when working out were simply Muscle Milk protein, and SizeOn creatine. The creatine without a doubt gives you more reps. You really can go a lot further with creatine in that from my experience, it takes away muscle fatigue and the sting you feel when you think you've gone as far as you can. With the fatigue and sting gone, you can keep going pretty much which in return gets you bigger. Then Muscle Milk is just really good protein for in my case to help gain weight at the same time. 3 shakes a day, creatine during workout. Good luck!
