isnt that ur 7th fight then??? u got the same record as me... i usually just go about with my normal training... but the day before i just relax... pretty much dont do anything at all... unless im borderline with the weight.. i might do something light... like jump roping, speed bag, shadow box... i usually dont like to spar 2 days before a bout... but i have done that before... .not a biggie

Go pretty light, padwork and shadowboxing, then nothing the day before

Unless you need to drop weight, in which case a walk run in heavy clothing works

3 days before i would have a light work out, shadowbox, focus on technic etc.

as for the the other days, just relax and eat good, pasta is good before a fight (if your weight allows it)

My fights tend to always be on Thursdays, so on Monday its shadow boxing skipping normal sparring 4 or 5x3 minute rounds then ground work.
Tuesdays its cuts down to 2x3 minute rounds normal regime with shadow boxing skipping etc.
Wednesday no sparring, cut skipping and shadow boxing then an intense round or 2 on the pads.

Slow down with your training in those 3 days.

On the 3rd day, pull a quickie or something.

In other words, get your mind off the fight and don't get nervous.

Some let-your-girl-do-the-work sex or some head man, that's bout it. All your work should already be in the bank at this point, biggest thing now is relaxing. The more relaxed you are the more likely you'll fight YOUR fight
