Fish oil contains your omega 3's and such, which is really good for your heart and circulatory system and general health.
If you are interested in getting some omega 3 supplement, you should actually check into getting krill oil. Krill has a better source of omega 3, and also contains a higher count of astaxanthin(Powerful anti-oxidant, helps with eye, brain and central nervous system from free radical damage).
Also, with fish oil and **** sometimes you can get fishy burps which are pretty nasty.
Most importantly, krill oil omega 3 comes in a different form then fish oil, which is the phospholipid form, and fish oil comes in the triglyceride form. Our body does not accept the triglyceride form, so it has to convert it and we lose a lot of it doing so. Getting it straight in the phospholipid form, it goes straight to work and we do not lose much of it.

I use Nature's Harvest brand, it is purified from PCB's and mercury...that is the most important thing. Look it up online at Wiki or Mayo Clinic, it is very good for blood flow and cardiovascular health. Don't know about my personal benefits except my cardiovascular ability is constantly increasing (I am always increasing my cardio exertion too, so I don't know)

From the room of disgruntled, yet honest ex-GNC employees: No Fish Oils you get are going to have even trace amounts of mercury, this is an example of "bro-science." Mercury is NOT fat soluble and will not be present in your pills. That being said if you did manage to find the WORST drug dealer EVER and bought Fish Oils off of this man, and it smelled "fishy" you may get mercury. Bad proccessing standards will yeild a lot of funny crap in any pill you take. If you are a hard man to convince simply switch to Flax Seed Oil. Basically same thing. Omega 9, Omega 6, do you care that much?
Are you going to feel a difference? Are you the typical 170lbs person medical science makes it's standards by?
Do you work on your ass all day?
Do you exercise AT ALL?
I take 5 tabs (5 grams) a day, I work a physical job and go on regular cutting/bulking cycles. 6ft. 215lbs.
My "bottle" suggests 3 grams daily with meals.
Do you want to be an old 65 year old?
Do you want to smash pu**y like Sean Connery did as a 65 year old?
OK maybe it isn't like that, nontheless, millions of studies back up Fish Oils.

if you get legit otc or high reviewed brands of fish oil you are safe. the fda would be running a muck up the asses of companies putting out any supp with mercury in it. in genereal fish oil is a healthy fat that will keep you healthy. you arent going to feel like a god even after taking it for years. in the long run it will only do good for your body. think of it like oxygen. you cant see the **** but just rest assure that it is doing its job and in the long run you will live if you continue to breathe it in.

LOL....... What really caught my eye about fish oil is that it helps with healing process and arthritis? not sure if that's what I got, but my hands are ***ed up, my right wrist is in pretty bad shape and I feel sharp pain over my left every once in a while too. Not too concerned about muscle soreness, I can deal with that, its pain in my hands I'm trying to get rid of.
