its pathetic, there is an alternative gym but its 7 miles away and you are not allowed to bring a car in your first year of Uni.
I want to go far in the sport but it seems like everything is holding me back

    Anyone got this problem?

Can't you just explain your circumstance to your uni? I'm sure they'd understand.

i wish, but its strictly forbidden.

Also the gym is just crammed with people, and we tend to switch from partner to partner quickly which is good but not enough time.

Where i used to live it just wasnt so stuctured, if you wanted to spar someone you did. That said the coach always made sure you had a hard nights sparring session. It was no surprise they had the best fighters in their town.

more of a commercial gym, they dont give a damn about the fighters; only the profits they make

lol dude, alternate gym 7 miles away. I rode a bike 4 days a week 10 + miles there and back when I was 12 yrs old. And my bike ****** balls, barely worked. Not exactly a tough obstacle is it.
