    Trying To Be In The Right Weight Class

    how can i lose weight i am 14 5'5 150 pounds but i cant seem to lose weight because i am already cut and have little fat to lose i figure ill be too short for light middle or welterweight please help id like to be around 135

    At 14 you are probably going to still grow a bit. While your body is doing this, losing weight can be very tough. You should just watch what you eat, and do as much cardio as possible, such as running and skip rope.

      i dont think so, u probably can lose all a whole lot of fat
      Just because your belly isnt popping out doesnt mean you aint got no fat

        correct. unless you have a **** ton of muscle. you have quite a bit of fat to lose. Im 5'10 and i weigh 140 something.

          What he said. You must have a bodybuilder physique to be only 5'5 weighing that much. Watch your diet and do lots of cardio.
