I got one by my house, but for some reason I don't like it as much as running around the street and the paths I run. I like the paths I run because its open out to the public and for some reason when ppl drive by in cars it fuels my speed and desire to be better and to push harder.

        Your trainers are too small!!!

Go 2 sizes up and buy a fewpair of thorlo running socks off the net.

Also as others have said spread vasaline on yer feet as well.

Deffo trainers crushing yer toes when running.

I'd cut down on the amount of running. Maybe run less, but mix in some sprinting to make up for it. Are you training for boxing as well? 3 hours on the road plus a boxing workout is probably too much for anyones feet to handle. If you're running 3 hours, that's about 15 miles right there, plus if you're training in the gym on your feet for a few hours. You might be over-doing it.

Wear thicker socks, when i wear thin socks I cause blisters on the balls of my feet because of how hard i push off the ground
