I’ve been incorporating close grip lat pulldowns into my back workouts, but I’m a bit unclear on exactly what muscles they target. I know standard lat pulldowns hit the lats, but what does close grip lat pulldown work? Are the biceps or mid back more involved?
I’ve heard different opinions, some say it emphasizes the lower lats more, while others say it hits the center of the back and even the biceps harder. Can anyone clarify which muscles are primarily activated and if grip width changes that?
