  • Trying to Get into Fight Shape

    I am 16 around 205 pounds 6ft tall. i took about a year of boxing to play football hense why igained so much weight wish i never did play football. I want to fight in the pa gokden gloves in about 3 months my goal is to be aorund 165 i was hopeing if u guys chould help me out and post tips on training and dieting what i should do to help me achieve this thanks.

    at 16 your body is growing, dont know if you're real fatty but start eating 3 small balanced meals a day and have three snacks, lots of water, snacks could be plain cornflakes, fruit, granola bars,... anything healthy. And of course, run, run, run, run,.....

      ok thanks aton im not realy that fatty have some but i just have a big frame wide shulders. thanks for the help any other tips whould be great
