I dont have any that heavy bag vid I posted was last year just to see areas I could improve on and to see if I was punching full extension. I started training last year after a 8 year break, the only sparring I did was with two Ecuadorian national champs and I am glad I didnt tape it because I ate quite alot of leather after so much time away from the sport!
