So this is my general hour-workout schedule:
10 mins skipping
15 mins abs (300 repetitions)
15 mins calisthenics (this is what I'm asking about)
10 mins heavy bag work (3 rounds)
10 mins shadow boxing (3 rounds)
Now I'm pretty set on everything but the calisthenic work. I'm not sure how to plan out a perfect 15 mins. Any help? What would be the absolute perfect setup? Upper and lower body?
