Start with Cold Showers first then move on to Ice Baths. You won't die from an Ice Bath though.

Other than that get some potassium after you train as well (Banana, Gatorade)

Definitely keep up with the protein and amino acid intake.

Also make sure you are eating as healthy as possibly and getting A LOT of sleep. As young as you are you need at least 8-12 Hours of sleep a night.

When you sleep is when your body goes into recovery mode. So definitely get to bed as early as possible especially if you are training that much in one week.

        google,,,,,,, contrast showers

the reason you are sore, is because of the lactic acid build up in your muscles.

basically you start off w/ cold water shower for 30 secs, then switch to hot water for 30 secs, then cold for 30 secs, then hot for 30 secs.

        Do this for 5-10 mins.

but you have to start w/ cold shower and end w/ cold shower.
