    Great experience on todays fight

Guys i had to drop around 14 pounds on the weekend i never tought i could do it, and i did it, i felt terrible at the weight in, i mean it was my fault so i tried everything... The weight in came and i did it 64.5 kgs ( 500grams of tolerance in the amateurs here in mexico ) i was 71 on friday ahahahah

I felt weak and terrible, and i had to fight the first fight, so the fight came i tried to end it on the first, and i didnt they gave him an 8 second count but that wasnt enough, the second round i was dying, at the end of the round y told my trainer, i feel really week i feel bad, and he told me " do u want to quit ?" ill give you one more round go for the KO

I went there threw a 1 2 the right got in and busted his nose and upper lip BAD they stopped immediately.

It was the hardest fight of my 17 fights, but a great experience i got into all this trouble by not being responsible.

So time to keep working guy hope this helps other people

Yep, now imagine how you would of done had you of lost that weight gradually and came in sharp. Probably wouldn't of gone past the first round.

Draining yourself like that sucks, and makes easy fights hard.

        nice...good to hear

Whatd you eat after you weighed in? Normally it's good to eat pasta and carb out. Your body will absorb the carbs and you should feel better the next day.
