i can't tell you how to get them back but my legs have been gone for 8 months. it's not from nerves though.

yea that happens to me sometimes, and i feel butter flies in my stomach. warm up and stretch really good. have a really healthy meal before hand(fruits, vegetables, grains like white rice, proteins like chicken or fish, make suire you got a good night sleep.

but my main conclusion that i have come up with is that my legs are not strong enough. i have been focusing more on getting much stronger legs.

have u ever tried squats n then jumping rope before u spar..n then leg stretches....to get blood in ur legs.......if it is more mental though.....this will still help to get rid of the butterflies....movement does alot for nervousness...that why u see people move around alot n bounce around before they fight........also, as far as a mental approach try to visialize ur sparring experiences differently.......like...i know u cant "play" boxing...but visualize it differently..like...when u play basketball....u play it...have fun....look at sparring as a fun thing.....u will find that u are more loose then..........another tip to get more comfortable in the ring is to sparr a few rounds just doing jab sparring....open sparring but only using the left jab....this will help u relax cause u will have less anxiety only looking at one punch coming back...it will let u get used to getting into ur own rhythmn n will help with ur confidence.......

I suppose you always stretch and do some kind of warm up before.

Just tell yourself that the other guy in the other corner is feeling the same. Everyone gets nervous and sometimes my legs feel like on the air, but once the bell rings I forget about it.

if you litterally can't feel your legs, and then I mean LITTERALY, and/or can't control them, That could be early signs of brain damage.

Those are early symptoms for parkinson.

Im not saying that you have parkinson, but they are symptoms.

Excuse me for any bad grammar or spelling, Im from the netherlands so yeah.
