2. VITAMINS ARE ESSENTIAL TO HEALTH. MEDICAL CHECK-UPS ESSENTIAL.
3. DEVIATE ANY SEXUAL CONTACTS.YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
4. DON’T THINK TOO MUCH ABOUT YOUR FIGHT.STUDY HIS WEAKNESS.THINK THAT YOU CAN BEAT HIM.
5. ELIMINATE EXERCISES. BEFORE THE EVENT, GIVE 7 MONTHS OF CAREFULL EXERCISES. 6 MOS. OF HEAVY REHEARSAL BUT ON THE 7th SLOWDOWN YOUR PRACTICES/SPARRING SESSION. AVOID HEAVY SPARRING IN THE LAST 8th DAY. JUST TO AVOID ACCIDENTAL BODY DISCOMFORT.
6. DON’T PUT YOUR TRUST TO STRANGERS, THEY MIGHT DECEIVE YOU BY THEI DEEDS OR WORDS.HUMORS COULD PUT YOU TO DISCOURAGEMENT IN SO MANY WAYS.JUST THINK POSITIVE.BY DEEDS: TRAITORS MIGHT GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO MAKE YOU WEAK. (A CHEMICAL INVENTED BY UKRAINE & U.S.)&/or THE LIKE. THESE CAN MAKE YOU WEAK OR EVEN CAUSES DEATH. BEFORE OR DURING THE FIGHT, DON’T DRINK SOMETHING FROM THE OPPONENTS’ SIDE, WATER, ETC..
7. DURING THE BOUT,GIVE ALL 100% POWER STARTING THE 1st ROUND UNTIL 5th R. THEN REST BY GIVING A CLEVER DEFENSIVE STYLES, STARTING 6th TO 10th .THEN RESUME POWER FROM 11 TO THE LAST 12 ROUNDS.
BE SMART IN THE FIGHT .DON’T BE LIKE THOSE BOXERS WHO GAVE THEIR 100% POWER BUT YET UNTIL 5 OR 6th ROUNDS ONLY .THEN WEAKENING…..

you cant tell fighters what rounds to go 100%. Each fighter uses a different style, and strategy. Plus, you must adapt differently for each opponent. Every fighter cant have the same strategy for every opponent, or else that would be pointless.

Hello, I just joined today. I have enjoyed reading the threads for quite some time now. I have a question for you guys. I joined a club here in September. I trained for about 3 weeks (three nights a week for 2 hours). Then we started sparring and I noticed that I could only go about a minute and half and I would be exhausted. I went to a nose doctor and was diagnosed w/ a deviated septum and also my turbinates are larger than most people(damn Italian heritage). My club still scheduled me a 2min round fight,I am a novice, which I lost. after training for six weeks. Does that sound like a good club to you guys.
