          I've heard don't punch with a puncher.

Meaning: Don't get in to a lot of exchanges with a puncher. Get your shot (or two) in and then move.

You don't get the same torque and snap if your elbow is tucked in. And since I'm minimizing body movement, I'm compensating that lack of energy with a swing to the punch.

If you show me your elbow, you aren't going to hit anything with that 'torque and snap'.

And your power is in your body movement.

I repeat: since my body movement is constraint, I need to compensate that with the arm. the bigger curvature, the more energy in a given set of technique.

Down below is the most powerful torquing technique in all of martial arts. Why? Because both the striking tool and the body curves in a violent angular momentum

                    Oh, I see....

Was that kick in slow motion or something?

Go to a karate site if you want to play karate,

I noticed how your body had nothing behind your shot in your first video and was suspicious.

Karate is about self defense. Boxing is too, but it is also about setting a guy on his ass.

I am impressed with neither your right hand nor your spinning kick.

Go brag to your sensei that you talked some sheet on a boxing website and almost had a gotcha moment to screenshot. You'd probably earn your green belt, or something, if you had gotten that screenshot doe.

One shot to your nose and you'll be back in here looking for that tampon dispenser thread in the Lounge.
