  • Lose weight fast? What should i do

    Should i do weight lifting with my cardio program or straght cardio?

    Losing weight fast is horrible to do to your body, specially as an amature who only has a few hours at most to replenish. Lose weight gradually and you will feel better. If you cannot make the weight on your own work out regiment and have to stress yourself, do not take the fight. I have done this many times, and it is not worth it what so ever. Even if you win, you don't feel good about it and know you could of done better had you of not depleated yourself.

    How to lose it fast? Throw on some aboline, a trash bag, a shirt then a sweater on top, and skip some rope. Stick to eating tuna out of a can in the morning, and two hard boiled eggs. Don't eat again until night time, and eat the same damn thing.

    You will be drained, weak, tired, and feel like ****. Cutting serious weight is for the pro's, not amatures.

      well when i work out i have a t-shirt,long sleeved shirt, and a sweater on while i train.....but does that actually make you lose fat or just water weight....i really wanna lose FAT FAT....im eating good right now but i wanna lose it fast.

        The way I described will lose some fat, sure, but pretty much just water weight.
