Fear, Anger & Boxing - Mastering the Mind and Body

Poster on this forum from a long time ago
Have written an ebook, on how Boxing can be used to harness the fight or flight system, allowing you to face your fears and channel your anger

Based 100% on my own experience training and fighting

To any fighter who may struggle with pre-fight nerves, or anyone who's starting out in Boxing, and most importantly, anyone who's willing to put the work in, this is the book for you

    Purchase below

Fear and anger are emotions that are essential to our survival. They are also two of the most misunderstood. Fear, Anger & Boxing - Mastering the Mind and Body explains with brevity the purpose of both emotions, their physical and mental effects, and how the noble art of Boxing can bring both of them under your control, giving you the confidence to achieve what you want in life.

You got a taste of what it's about, more than most.

What age were you when you competed in these bouts?.............Rockin'

            World famous School of Excellence......?

I would expect more pictures of boxers rather than an MMA fighter.

What boxing world champions have they raised?

I am not impressed by Conner McGregor.

So I don't know this gym that you speak of. BFD.

What boxing champions have they brought up.

Good for me? Because I would expect more pictures of boxers, rather than an MMA fighter, while promoting a boxing gym? ..............Rockin'

Well you kind of do if you named a famous MMA fighter that trains there after having it mentioned to you
