  • Dodgy fists...

    Has anybody else got a problem clenchin their fists? lol Strange question...

    When I clench my fist, my index finger sticks out. I try and tuck it in properly but I just can't do it.

    When I punch the bag, I use the 3 other knuckles and leave the other one out.


    Does anybody know of any exercises to help get my finger in the right place? Or am I ****ed? lol

      the problem is your thumb, your forcing your index finger out with your thumb leaving you with a ******ed fist
      your thumb should be well tucked(bent) inwards
      you have yours resting on your index finger which is not how you make a fist

        Cut down your wanking, kid.

        Try to get down to 5 jerks a day and you'll sort that dodgy wankers cramp out in next to no time.

          ****, I must have ******ed fingers lol. I think they are too long or something because I can't get my thumb where it's supposed to be.

          So the problem is my thumb, because I can't get it like this

            that looks weird as ****, i cant get the nail of my thumb to face straight down like that, and his knuckles still aint aligned....but it's roughly the idea, you just put your thumb out to far, tuck it in more

              Alright thx man. I can't bend my thumb further down any more. But I'm gonna keep tryin everyday and it may make my thumb more flexable.

                its broken my right hand is like that too and on my left its my pinkie is the one that sticks out.

                    I broke my right hand about 5 years ago. I thought that's the problem but both my hands are like that.
