consider yourself to be one of the lucky ones if your fighting at a natural weight. Most have trouble keeping it off. You gotta keep a balanced over 2k Calories over 4-6 Meals. Since you need to keep it on you should have no problem eating a a great amount of calories but keep it balanced. Good fats, proteins from nuts, fish, lean meats, chicken and atleast 1 cup of veggies. youll have a lot more energy for training and youll recover a lot better as well keeping a clean high calorie diet to supply yourself with the energy you need for the kind of training your doing.

Oh no poor you having to gain weight, I feel terrible for you

Just kidding, I've had to gain weight for fights too, just eat lots of carbs like breads, pasta, stay really hydrated and even weigh in with your jeans on if you have to and they let you

                Oh okay then

I've done it here, you probably can't do it in tournaments, and i havent tried it there, but at on ordinary show i was 50kg (110) and there was no other fight for me but a 55kg guy (121) so i just filled up on food, weighed in in jeans with handweights down my pants. (they wouldnt have let me fight him with that weight diff.) Probably wasnt my best idea, but he still only beat me by a point or two.
