    Typical day..

    Breakfast- Bran/dried apricots/ground flax seeds + glass cranberry juice

    11am Bran energy bar

    1pm Lunch pre made punnet of vedgys & salad + glass of tomato juice

    3 pm Bran energy bar

    6pm Dinner Baked potatoe & baked beans or pasta & vedgies + glass tomato juice

    8pm x2 rivita crackers with peanut butter

    9pm mug of lite horlicks (malt drink)

    Bed.

      Black bean salad - black beans, avocado, tomatoes, onions, corn, cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper

      Snacks: Apples, kiwis, carrots, and walnuts.

      Beverages: Water, green tea, espresso.
      Great diet!!!
