  • It Takes Balls

I had a tough match. I lost. But I never gave in.

I’ve been on this site for a long time and I’ve seen a lot of people talk a lot of sh#t about boxers. “He sucks,” or “he got a glass jaw.”

I don’t ever wanna hear that sh#t again.

I took a tough match. I was put up against the best guy from the opposing gym. He was a full head taller than me. A winning record.

My team gave me an out. They straight up asked me. “Do you want this fight? Cuz if you don’t want it, we’ll pull out.”

They knew, and I knew what I was up against. I said hell no. I said I’m gonna do it and I’m gonna do it. He’s gonna have to prove it in there that he’s better.

I was out gunned and out matched going in and I knew it. And I don’t get paid. I don’t get anything. But I went in there. I took a chance and I did it for me.

People can say this and that about any boxer, but most people wouldn’t do it. They don’t have the balls. It’s easy to play Sunday morning quarterback from your couch. Most guys wouldn’t get in there knowing they’re up against someone better than them.

They don’t see the struggle. The pain you endure. Most people would quit the second it gets tough. Quit on the stool. Not me.

I’m not a good boxer. I’m not the fastest. I’m not the strongest. I’m not the most skilled. But they can never question the balls I have. The grit. The toughness. I go out on my shield. You can’t coach balls.

I've been saying that for nearly twenty years. If you defend any fighters that the scribes, and then the 'fans', are calling pusseys...... well you know what happens.

To all of the know nothins who talk sheet about fighters.

Cahones, grow a pair and then get in the ring to fight. You'll eat you words.

But they ain't got no balls, unless they are sitting in front of their computers talkin' sheet.

    Good post b morph................Rockin'

Did you ever hear about how back early in my amateur days I watched this movie (Vision Quest), dropped weight and fought the defending national champion. It was my 5th bout ever. After seeing that I was actually still living I fought with anybody that I was offered. And here I am still living. People will say what they want, but if they ever said that I had no balls (to people who I fought with) they would laugh at them: Ballz! .................Rockin'
