Earning money at amateurs

amateurs do not get paid in any sport they may have sponsors and their room and board payed for,this guy wants to get paid for amateur,go out and find a part time job while training,it will give you some pocket money

Get into the national team or find some local sponsors to cover your training expenses. I can't imagine you would need much in the am's. Ideally, the best thing would be to stop being a bum and find some kinda hustle so you can make a raise when you need it

Unless you are a top amateur, or know one personally that gets paid, then you are wrong.

Amateurs do not get paid. Getting sponsors is not getting paid. You do not have cash in your hand to go buy a new ps3/xbox. They pay for your meals, transportation, room & board, and general things you may need.

To answer how to get paid as an amateur? Well, the only real way would be to help coach/instruct.
