Objectively, your 1st, 2nd and third points are very effective, pleasurable relief therapy tactics. The elbows and knees, properly administered in the correct trigger points, can bring much relief while loosening up tight muscles.

I have a chart illustrating these poses, of which, I'm only really comfortable with five or 6. Indeed, they are rough.

                  I give you some tips:

Exercise: Staying active and exercising regularly can help strengthen your back muscles and reduce your risk of injury. Exercises like yoga, swimming, and Pilates are especially helpful in improving back flexibility and strength.

Maintain a correct posture: Sitting or standing with a correct posture is important to prevent back pain. Try to keep your head, shoulders, and hips in line, and avoid slouching or leaning forward.

Lift objects correctly: When you have to lift objects, make sure you do it correctly. Bend your knees and keep your back straight as you lift using your leg muscles rather than your back.

Rest correctly: It is important to sleep in a comfortable bed and with a suitable mattress that offers support to the spine. If you need to sit for long periods of time, be sure to take regular breaks to stretch your legs and back.

Reduce stress: Stress and emotional tension can contribute to back pain. Try to find ways to reduce stress, such as meditating, exercising, or talking with a friend or therapist.
