  • Staying at home or keep "training" - what is your advice

My sechedule is very busy , most of gym around me doing group session very late night , so currentley i don't have any option but keep training in my gym , that doing early session that fit my sechdule. BUT , only things my trainer do is holding pillows and doing low kick and others silly things like blocking the jab or how to jab with the poorest technique , never correct error , only novice in the class , never teach even the basic. He was one of the most greates kickboxer and great boxer too in his era in our country. Now only thing i do is to purchase online course like bazooka jow , and other youtubers online courses training , im teaching online and come to the gyms with one purpose - apply this techniques at sparring which most of them working. Let me know what you think about (4.5-5 years experience MT / kickboxing) , yes i know i'm not a boxer , but still yet the principels remain the same.

Training at home is much better than not training at all.

You can do it and I’ll tell you how. You can do exercises at home. I voted for keep training. I understand your situation and your pack busy schedule. But you can do training at home whenever you are free. Without any equipment, you can continue the training with a little bit of exercise at home.

Continue training at home and buy your own items or train with your own weight..

Home training is a great fallback when the realities of life and its gravity relative to your schedule impact gym time. Keep in mind however that a galvanized mindset is required, beyond the focused mindset of gonig to the gym (which is significant). Subconciously we automatically relax when we get home or are at home. Ensure you mind is set the day before the next days training, rinse and repeat.
