  • Safe way to lose a couple of lbs.

    Have a kickboxing smoker i have to do tomorrow at 6pm weigh in at 4pm or 4:30pm.Anyone know of some good ways to lose a couple of lbs.Im currently at 143-144 have to be 140 at the weigh in.About to run a few miles and go to the gym and shadow box.Also should i go to the sauna?

    Right now im eating very low fat yogurt about 80 calories in the cup with 12grams of protein.Ate 1 power bar for breakfast which is about 190 calories.I'll probably have 2 more yogurts and some powerbar for the rest of the day.

    I reccomend you eat a can of tuna, then skip for a hour, rest for half an hour skip for 10 more minutes, then stretch gl with making the weight.

      Take a poop and pee. and dont drink any water till after the weigh in

        drink only fluids and blender your food

          dont eat much or drink much for the rest of the day, one of those yoghurts and a small cup of water is enough, put on a jumper and skip for 15-20 mins at a steady pace, then shadowbox. or go to the sauna if you can.

            Take some metamucil. Cleans out your intestines. Don't take Xlax. It will do the same thing except it's much more unpredictable and uncontrollable. Metamucil is gentle.

            You may not have enough time though. It takes a bit to make it's way through your system.

              Cut all sodium, carbs and sugar. Keep Protein and Water intake up.

                4lb?
                if you start doing heavy runs and heavy shadow boxing or any of that, your muscles will be torn tomorrow (looks like your best option)

                and if you stop eating altogether your metabolism decreases (meaning you wont lose any weigth that way)
                if you keep eating, your lb of pound increases

                i could suggest eat some watermelon (good to cleanse out your body... my opinion, probably not a great one, because you could be ****ed tomorrow following it, but watermelon is mostly water with a little bit of solids) and excercise)

                My suggestion though.
