Have a kickboxing smoker i have to do tomorrow at 6pm weigh in at 4pm or 4:30pm.Anyone know of some good ways to lose a couple of lbs.Im currently at 143-144 have to be 140 at the weigh in.About to run a few miles and go to the gym and shadow box.Also should i go to the sauna?
Right now im eating very low fat yogurt about 80 calories in the cup with 12grams of protein.Ate 1 power bar for breakfast which is about 190 calories.I'll probably have 2 more yogurts and some powerbar for the rest of the day.
