Time is not on Beterbiev's side, but he did get in more work than most boxers these last few years. He is also lucky that he is constantly training so always in good shape.

Right. Nothings wasted in his punches. He doesn’t loop or wind up. Rifle shots is a great description.

Given Beterbiev's walk-around weight being somewhere 190-195-ish, he melts down to 175 for all of 12 hours or so, then 24 to 36 hours later likely competes around 186-188, correct?

Pretty much yes but I think he goes into weight-cut mode a few days before. In the last press conference with Yarde, when Beterbiev was wearing that grey hat, he already looked emaciated so I think he might be struggling a bit more now as he is getting older.
